The installation of fiber cement is a much more intricate process than the installation of other siding materials. Our team of siding experts follow the guidelines of the manufacturer and are equipped with the correct tools to ensure proper installation within warranty specifications.

Warranty

Vinyl Siding Warranty

Limited Lifetime Warranty for most siding products and a 20-Year Warranty for gutter coil used to make seamless gutters.

We will repair, refinish or replace them. These products are covered for as long as you live in and own your home, and if you sell your home, the warranty is transferable and the new owners are covered for 50 years from the date of original installation.

Composite Wood Siding Warranty

In addition to our craftsmanship warranty, LP offers a prorated 50-Year Limited Warranty. Transferable to 1 subsequent owner.

Fiber Cement Warranty

In addition to our craftsmanship warranty, James Hardie offers a 30-year non-prorated warranty. Transferable to 1 subsequent owner.

Products with color plus technology have limited 15-year finish warranty.
