On this home, we replaced 2 sides due to storm damage. This included about 180 ft of fascia and fixing the gutters. The homeowner mentioned that the downspouts weren’t draining properly in the backyard and was causing erosion on the back porch. We upgraded them to larger downspouts (free of charge) and they have not had any problem with draining ever since.
